We want you to trust us. That's why we see protecting your privacy as our responsibility. We set up this page to let you know what data we collect when you use our website, and why we collect it.
This makes clear how we work, and how the way we work benefits you.
GreenXchange is a product of JEM-id and this privacy policy applies to the services offered by JEM-id. We are not responsible for the privacy policy of other sites and sources. We can help you with your privacy on our website, but unfortunately we can no longer help you when you go to another website. By using our website you are stating that you accept our privacy policy, so thank you for placing your trust in us :-).
If you would like to register for one of our services, we ask you for some personal data. This means we can keep our contact with you personal, and address you by your name rather than starting our messages with 'Dear Sir/Madam'. The data we ask for is used to be able to provide a service. Don't worry - we won't share this data with our friends, neighbours, or any other party. The data is stored neatly on secure servers belonging to JEM-id, and that's where it stays unless you tell us you want to delete the data.
When you send us a message, e-mail, whatsapp, or similar, we may store these messages. Sometimes we will ask for your personal data so that we can communicate personally with one another. We like to visit people, but we also like to know their address in advance so we don't have to drive around looking for the right building. That's why we ask for some data when doing so can improve our services.
For our cookie policy, please see the next page: JEM-id Cookie Policy. We also use analytical cookies (in the form of Google Analytics) to keep track of statistics on our website. We do this to make our website even more user-friendly.
We only collect or use information for the purposes described in this privacy policy, unless we have obtained your agreement to use it for other purposes in advance.
Information is not shared with third parties As we said earlier, whether it's friends, neighbours, other customers or the postman - your data is none of their business and we will never pass it on to them. Sometimes, though, a different colleague will take over responsibility for communicating with you - when this happens, we give your name to this colleague so that they know who to help.
This page is tailored to suit the use of and options on the website. If something changes on the website, then something on this page might be adapted too, so you should take a look it regularly. (Spot the difference! Each difference is worth 3 points. You can send your score to lisa@jem-id.nl).
We allow everyone to consult, amend, or delete all the personal data they have sent us. This means that if you don't like it when we send you a personal happy birthday message, you can simply ask us to delete your date of birth from our system.
The option to unsubscribe from our mailing list can be found at the bottom of every e-mail we send out, if you no longer want to receive our messages.
If you want to have your data amended, view it, or have yourself removed from our database completely, you can just call or e-mail us at any time using the contact information at the bottom of this page. You can also contact us if you want to object to us processing your data. If we don't respond quickly enough, our address is there too so you know where to find us (all of our faces are also on the Team page).
We regularly check to see whether we are complying with this privacy policy. If you have questions about this privacy policy, you can contact us:
